BiKimlik IDM Project | IBM Security Verify Governance
The BiKimlik IDM application centrally manages employees’ accounts and access rights across applications.
- Automatic account provisioning and authorization for applications a new employee should have from day one
- Automated management of onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding
- Account and access management driven primarily by data from the HR Management System
User Management
Several user types are actively managed, including salaried employees, outsourced staff, salaried holding employees, agency employees, bank employees, and brokers.
Application Management
Access rights for 13+ applications are managed via Active Directory; insurance applications built on a Java Spring Boot backend are being brought into the new access-management framework via Oracle LDAP, covering 10+ additional applications. The core insurance application’s access and account management runs on AS400.
Role Mining
Ongoing work to ensure that, from day one, a new employee automatically receives access rights based on their organization, title, and position structure.
